iSlide Pro-X Tree Type I
"Wooden library (1)" demonstration (sliding menu)

  • This menu is a sliding menu with submenus which slide out vertically from beneath the parent items.
  • iSlide Pro-X Tree is a state-of-the-art tree with numerous special purpose features.
  • Since more features mean greater bytesize, and smaller bytesize is often preferred by web-designers, the less ambitious "iSlide Pro Tree Type II" may be suitable for many designers.
  • Additional features in the Pro-X version include
    • Support for international character sets (e.g. Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Greek)
    • Enhanced DHTML event triggering (mouse-over, right-click, double-click events, etc)
    • Enhanced sliding mechanism with optional bounce
    • Tooltips (pop-up information about an entry)
    • User-configurable behaviour options for folders (e.g. double-click opening, +/- box opening)
    • Additional, improved exposed methods, including the option to trigger the applet to load a new menu from outside the applet.
  • In the demo to the left, you will see little that is different - the demo has been included to show that the fundamentals of the exceptionally popular iSlide Pro Tree Type II have not been changed.
  • To find out more, continue to the next sliding menu applet demo...
