| iPOP Pro-X Powerbar I "Framebuster" demonstration (drop-down menu)
|
|
.
- This is a drop-down menu with multi-level submenus.
- Move the mouse over the menu to activate submenus and effects.
- This demonstration shows the framebuster
characteristics of the X-Bar range. Click the button to launch a separate
browser window containing 10 frames, including the menu applet
in the top frame. You will see that the drop-down applet menus can
cross over any number of frames and even jump outside the browser
window, while remaining perfectly aligned with the parent menu embedded
in the HTML page.
- Framebusting characteristics are vital for efficient navigation.
It means you can genuinely restrict your navigation code to a single
page in a tiny frame, but have a navigation system that pops out fast
and responsively to navigate thousands of pages without additional coding.
- The popular javascript popup menus (originally featured on the
Microsoft website) cannot framebust, require code in every page, and
are often not even Netscape-compatible. X-Bar goes far beyond this.
- Remember that a single applet purchase buys you an applet which
can adopt any of these appearances, or be tweaked by you to adopt
an appearance to fit your website aesthetics. Download a fully-featured
trial version to test this out.
- For instructions and technical notes, please refer to
the extensive online information.
- Before you buy, download the trial version.
